Extingua shall ship your orders by express courier within 1-2 days from the receipt of the payment. Once your order is entrusted to the courier, you shall be notified, on your personal profile, of a tracking number, through which you can check your order status.

Returned Goods and Refunds

You can return a purchased item within 15 days after the receipt of the order, provided that the products are in their original condition and undamaged. Items returned without their original packaging shall be charged a fee equal to 20% of the product value (only 80% of the original purchase price shall be refunded.) To return a purchased product, you can call the following number +39 041 8520567, send an e-mail with the data of the order to or use the online support form and we shall send you a RO number via e-mail. Once you have received the code, you can proceed with the shipment of the item. In order to quicken your refund practice, please check that you have provided us with the shipping number.

Note: the products shipped to our warehouse without any RO number shall not be accepted and reimbursed.

Use a proper packaging for your products to ensure a safe shipment. If possible, return the item in the original box with which you have received the order. Create a shipping label reporting our address and your RO number.

Refunds shall be credited using the same method that you chose for the payment of the order. Refund processes usually require a period up to two weeks.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 30 days from the receipt of your order. You can contact the Customer Service by calling the number +39 041 8520567, writing an e-mail to or using our online support form. We shall gladly help you with a replacement or a refund.
